We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside of the continental United States.
We ship our products via FedEx and USPS (for small packages) on a daily basis Monday-Friday, except Holidays. Orders are normally processed within one business day of receipt.
Our Policies:
ONE YEAR WARRANTY:
Pack’em Products carry a one year warranty for defects in material and workmanship, excluding finishes.
Repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of Pack’em.
If it is necessary to send a product back, buyer must call Pack’em to get a RA number and buyer pays all freight involved.
Products that are received without a RA number will be refused.
In the case the product needs to be repaired, Pack’em will send you the parts, you pay for shipping.
Proof of purchase and photo(s) of damage is required.

You must call and get a Return Authorization number before returning any product.
RA numbers will expire 30 days from date of issue.
